How it Works
Onboard Your Organisation on Quicklink
To onboard your organisation as a service provider on Quicklink, please fill out the service provider registration form on quicklink.ng/onboard. If your application is approved a web page will be setup for your organisation on quicklink and the link address of the page will be sent to you
Promote Your Quicklink Address
To create awareness about your newly created Quicklink address, you will need to promote the link address to your community of users. If you would like to attract other users outside your community to your listed services on Quicklink, you will need to market this link through social media. Our partners are also available to help market your link on social media
Users to place Order for your services
To order your services, users will enter your quicklink address in a browser. Users could add the link to the home screen so that they could easily access the Quicklink page next time, without a need to enter the address in a browser. From the opened Quicklink page, user can select a service of interest and make payment as required.
Confirmation & Receipts
When an order is successfully placed, the user will receive notifications by email, SMS and WhatsApp, with a copy to you, the service provider. Payments made are automatically remitted to your bank account.
Data Management & Analysis
The information provided by users in the submitted form will be entered into a Google sheet accessible to authorized staff in the department of your organisation relevant to the service being requested for. The data in the Google sheet can be downloaded into excel file or import into other applications like accounting packages, Customers Relationship Managers (CRM), Email distribution platforms like Mailchimp etc.
Payment Settlement
The payment Gateway settles payment at a T+1 basis. Which means settlement are done by the payment Gateway to onboarded organisations the following day payments were made to businesses on Quicklink. Notifications and receipts of payments are issued instantly, but settlement to onboarded organisations are done the following day. The payment Gateway sends emails to onboarded businesses giving details of the settlement each time a settlement is done.
