How it Works
Quicklink Address Setup
A Quicklink Address for your business will be setup to look like Quicklink.ng/YourBusinessName and generates a QR code. You can then send the Quicklink address and/or the QR code to your customers and community.
Promote Address & QR Code
To enable Quicklink onboard and provide client services efficiently to numerous businesses spread accross the country, Quicklink has decided to work with partners in achieving these objectives. The partnership is certain to be mutually beneficial to the two parties
Order & Payment Process
To place order for your service or provide requested information, your customer or community member will scan the QR code or enter the link address in a web browser. A page will open where they will see your business logo or banner and will be able to fill a form and make payment to you.
Confirmation & Receipts
When an order is successfully placed, the information provided in the form will be sent to your email and the payment made will be automatically remitted to your bank account. The customer will also receive receipt of payment by email.
Data Management & Analysis
The information provided by the customer is also copied into a secure location online, accessible to only you, where you can view the data, download it into excel file, import it into other applications like accounting packages, Customers Relationship Managers (CRM), Email distribution platforms like Mailchimp etc.
Payment Settlement
The payment Gateway settles payment at a T+1 basis. Which means settlement are done by the payment Gateway to onboarded businesses the following day payments were made to businesses on Quicklink. Notifications and receipts of payments are issued the day the payments are made by customers, but settlement to onboarded businesses are done the following day. The payment Gateway sends emails to onboarded businesses giving details of the settlement each time a settlement is done.
